Progressive Balloons & Gifts has been a business-to-business distributor of wholesale balloon and gift supplies for over 25 years. We are confident we can provide all retailers, both large and small the quality products and service you and your customers deserve.

To Become A Customer

•  You must be a business with a valid Federal Employer ID Number (EIN) or State Sales Tax ID Number.

•  Create a wholesale account at our wholesale store www.ProgressiveBalloons.com.

•  Submit a copy of ONE of the following: 1) EIN Certificate 2) IRS Tax ID Verification Letter or 3) State Resale Certificate. Emailed or fax documents to customer service at 1-800-843-0518 or CustomerService@ProgressivePlush.com.

•  All first-time orders are subject to a minimum purchase requirement of $100.00 (before shipping and tax).

 

Ordering Information

If this is your first time ordering please note the following:

•  All first-time orders are subject to a minimum purchase requirement of $100.00 (before shipping and tax).

•  For returning customers, a minimum order of $50.00 (before shipping and tax) is required. Orders under $50.00 are subject to a $5.00 processing fee. The fee will be added to the total shipping costs.

•  Please note pack quantities and minimum order quantities if applicable.

•  Please consider sufficient shipping time for special orders.

•  We do not back order any items.

 

•  Please provide us with a street address for shipping. We can not deliver orders to a P.O. Box.

•  For your security, the billing address entered MUST match the billing address on file with the credit card company or the order will be canceled. Canceled orders cannot be saved and will be required to be re-entered or phoned in.

 

•  Progressive Balloons & Gifts reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our discretion.

•  All prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Sales Tax - Missouri Customers Only

Sales tax will be applied on orders shipped in the state of Missouri. To process an order without sales tax we require ONE of the following documents:

•  Exemption From Missouri Sales And Use Tax Certificate.

 

•  A completed Missouri Sales/Use Tax Exemption Form (Form 149).

 

Payment Methods

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal and PayPal Bill Me Later. Cardholder name and billing address subject to bank verification. Please note; NO INTERNATIONAL credit cards are accepted.

 

Shipping Information

•  We are located in the state of Missouri, just west of the city of St. Louis. Our location in the central US enables us to ship to all continental US destinations within 3-4 business days via FedEx Ground Service.

•  All in-stock orders placed before 1:00 pm CST will ship the same day. In-stock orders placed after 1:00 pm will ship the following business day.

•  Orders are generally shipped via FedEx Ground. Delivery days are based on number of business days; not including Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Ask your customer service representative for other delivery options.

 

•  We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

•  At this time, Progressive Balloons and Gifts does not accept orders from outside the United States.

•  Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require additional shipping charges. Please contact customer service at 1-800-843-0517 to obtain exact shipping rates and delivery time. Air-filled stick balloon orders for P.R., AK and HI will ship through the US. Postal Service only. Additional delivery time is required.

 

Return Policy

•  We will provide refunds on manufacturer defects and damaged goods only (subject to our inspection).


•  Please inspect all products upon arrival. Any damaged or defective items must be called in within 24 hours of receipt. Defective seasonal items must be called in within 1 week of the holiday.


•  We will not issue call tags for returns.


•  We will reimburse any shipping charges incurred due to returns of manufacturer defects, over-shipped products, or damaged goods.


•  Note: For All Returns - You must call and obtain a return authorization number from one of our customer service representatives. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee. (This does NOT apply to damaged goods.)
